We welcome all furs, no matter where they were purchased. Visit your nearest store, one of our events, or purchase our Ship & Store option online (include a note in the box & we'll reach out with a quote once it arrives).

Once your order is confirmed, you'll receive email confirmation, but if you haven't received the email, or you're worried you may have entered your email address incorrectly, please contact us to verify.

Unfortunately, if your order has already shipped, we are unable to change your shipping address. If your order hasn't shipped, you're welcome to contact us, to see if we can update your shipping details.

At this time, we do not ship internationally. We are only able to ship new orders to the contiguous United States, excluding California. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Any item ordered online can be exchanged or returned for refund, within 5 days of receiving your order (*excludes layaways & some custom-made furs).
